3. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, form processing and security.
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo), France — sending of emails and management of document requests.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — website statistics (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept them.
Data may also be shared with companies of the group to which Irmãos Silvas, S.A. belongs, when needed to answer your request, and with authorities when the law requires it.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (Cloudflare, Google) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where needed.
5. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before — for statistics, use “Cookie settings”.
Send your request to info@smartlamppost.com. We answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
6. Security and minors
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and providers bound by confidentiality. This site is aimed at professionals and is not intended for children under 16.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; relevant changes will be highlighted on the site.
