Careers
Help us turn every pole into infrastructure.
We're a small, hands-on team in Trofa building hardware, software and a new asset class at once. If shared infrastructure excites you, we'd love to talk.
WHY JOIN
Real assets, real streets, real impact.
Early and pivotal
Join early enough that your work shapes the product, the platform and the company.
Tangible impact
What you ship ends up on real streets, lowering clutter and carbon in the cities people live in.
Small, senior team
Short feedback loops, broad ownership and no bureaucracy between idea and deployment.
JOIN THE TEAM
